    Do Not Order -Not Quality Straps

    I ordered this bag at Christmas annd loved it, but after only 3 months and 3-4 uses the strap broke. Customer service said there was nothing they could do, I’m extremely disappointed with this company because I invested in the entire collection of bags. The strap should not have torn in 3 months.
