I find the strap to be inadequate; I think a light chain strap would work better and would make me feel that the purse was more secure.

I just want to return or exchange a purchase that the daughter in law didn’t want. But I got no response as to how to or where to send the item.

My friend loved the purse but customer service SUCKS!! They don’t answer when you ask a question.

I wish there was better quicker way to get to credit cards. The strap should be better quality for the price . Not a big issue but could be thicker
